Registration is now open for the conference

All attendees at the conference will need to register and pay for their place.  Payment is either in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) or in USD and any fees incurred in are the responsibility of the delegate.  Should the money not be credited in time (in case of bank transfer), the participant is required to pay the outstanding amount on-site (cash only) in order to get access to the conference. The completed registration form, which can be downloaded through the link given at the end of this document, should be emailed to us: details are given below.

Conference fees include:

Access to all conference sessions, the inauguration ceremony, keynotes, the media symposium, the poster presentation, the cultural show, the conference reception, all refreshments (tea/coffee and lunch on the 11th), the conference kit and the conference dinner. The conference fees also include the conference tour for foreign participants.

To qualify for the student rate, please provide either a valid student ID or a letter from your University confirming your status at the time of registration.

Please note that dinner is not provided on Thursday 10th November following the reception. Information on local restaurants will be included in the conference packs.

Registered participants are responsible for their own travel from their accommodation to campus. More details will be made available on our website closer to the time of the conference.

 Conference reception

The conference reception in the afternoon on 10th November is included for all registered participants.

Conference dinner 

The conference dinner will take place on 11th November and is open to all registered participants. More details will be made available on our website closer to the time of the conference.

Conference tour

The conference tour will take place on 12th November and is open to all registered, foreign participants (this is not open for local participants).The details of the tour will be made available on our website closer to the time of the conference.
